2. ORAL : Focus Session

▶ Presentation time: Total 15mins (Presentation 12mins / Q&A 3mins)
   *1st timer alert: 2 mins remaining (10 mins after start)
   *2nd timer alert: 12 mins after start (end of time)

▶ Presentation materials: Please bring your PPT material on a USB memory stick.
   ; no specific format & template required
• Please upload your presentation material on the computer in the conference room by 10 mins before the session.
• Please wear your name tag and follow the instructions of the session chair.
• You can ask for help from our staff wearing the blue vest.

3. POSTER : Regular & Special session

[On-Site Presenter] How to prepare for a POSTER presentation

▶ 1. Poster size ((w)900 mm x (h)1200 mm)
2. All presenters should print and bring their posters and no specific format required
3. The poster Paper Number is attached on the top of the board.
4. Items needed to attach the posters will be provided by the PRESM secretariat.
5. Please be prepared to 3-5mins speech and answer questions from poster session chair with wear your name tag.
6. Please make sure that your poster is presented properly to avoid being listed as a no-show poster.
